  • Spaghetti squash – 1, large
  • Salt – to taste
  • Olive oil – 3 Tsp
  • Pepper – to taste


  • Take the squash and cut both ends. Now slice it into rings widthwise and remove all the seeds with the help of a spoon. Coat the rings with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Preheat the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Take a rimmed baking sheet and put the prepared squash rings on it. Bake for about 15 minutes; take the tray out and flip the other side and bake again for 15 minutes more.
  • When done, take the tray out of the oven. When it gets cooled, remove the skin of the squash. Now take a fork and separate the squash strands and use them.
