Keep the pan on the stove and heat one tablespoon of oil. You can add extra oil or ghee if it is for kids. While frying pasta, divide the noodles to different batches based on the pan. Add a batch to the skillet in which oil boils, allow the noodles to be cooked for 3 minutes for the bottom side to turn lightly golden brown. After the noodles become brown on one side, flip the side and let the other side also turn light brown. The fried noodles look like a cake. Keep the fried noodles cake on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Fry the other batches of noodles and keep them in a hot box. Prepare the ingredients for serving with it.
